Stonewall Capital Management is a private organization involved in financial coaching/ financial planning to create wealth for organizations.
Our CEO gained experience at a boutique private debt firm based in Toronto, evaluating, underwriting and monitoring private debt investments. our CEO also gained experience working in business strategy at a Cannabis firm and in M&A/ corporate development in a healthcare focused PE backed firm.
In addition, our CEO worked in corporate financings for agricultural firms. He also worked in a boutique investment bank as a private debt investor on the investment team and as a investment banking analyst (M&A), global equity research.
Our CEO held the role of Analyst, Investments for a major Canadian Agency where he evaluated and executed investments in Canadian technology and clean technology companies. He also held roles in business development, human resources, IT project management, Analyst, mergers and acquistions for other Canadian Agencies.
He worked for Keolis, a large transportation infrastructure company, where he focused on project finance and worked on infrastructure deals. He also worked in High Net Worth Brokerage Sales, Global Derivatives, Project Management, Client Onboarding and due diligence at a Canadian Investment Bank and worked as a physical commodity trader. He started his career working for a boutique private equity search fund, an asset manager based in the Netherlands and at a pension fund in Toronto. He holds a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from University of Waterloo, where he specialized in Mathematics and Business Administration.

1. Introductory Call
We will schedule a 15-minute phone call to expand on our value proposition and to evaluate if our expertise matches your needs.

2. First Meeting
We will meet online, at our office, or at a location convenient for you. The purpose of this meeting will be to get a better understanding of your needs, goals, and overall financial situation. Our analysis will be contingent on your answers to our questions, as well as any relevant documents we will ask you to bring along.
3. Analysis
We will prepare a high-level financial plan, a retirement income projection, and an analysis of your investment portfolio to evaluate how well your finances are set-up to meet your future goals.
